I did try to contact the seller for help first..As what I received I was not at all happy with. It was not as advertised. As an avid LOL collector it ruined my daughters Xmas to open what turned out to be fraudulent dolls.I even sent photos to the seller. Instead of offering to make it right or even an apology the seller argued with me and told me I was wrong and I got exactly what I purchased. If that were true, I wouldn’t be complaining.as I thought I was buying working instruments and didn’t.
