Terms and conditions of the sale
Unless we agree otherwise with you, then we will normally ensure that Goods are delivered to you no later than 5-7 days from the day after you submitted your Order to us.
 
We shall use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Goods to you by the estimated delivery date and time.
 
If our supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
 
If there is a risk of a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for but not received.
 
If we do not get the Goods to you by the estimated delivery date then you may cancel your order straight away if any of the following apply:
we have refused to deliver the Goods.
Delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances)
You told us before we accepted your Order that delivery within the deadline was essential.
 
If you do not wish to cancel your Order straight away you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.
 
If you do choose to cancel your Order for late delivery, if the Goods have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund you any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled Goods and their delivery.
 
Delivery is deemed to take place when the Goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to you.
 
If you cannot accept delivery, we may at our option re-arrange delivery provided that we may charge you for the additional delivery costs incurred.
 
If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
 
Upon delivery of the goods, you will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note.
 
Where you are not happy with the product received for any reason, a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, you should either note this on the Proof of Delivery or refuse to accept delivery of the order, if this was not noted at the time of delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame of 7 days, in exceptional circumstances or in the holiday season we may agree to extend this to 14 days.
 
We shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage should you not notify us within 30 days of delivery.
 
You may request a copy of the Proof of Delivery, provided that this request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery and we shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such proof.
 
If you do not make such a request, then we shall be entitled to assume that all the Goods in your Order have been delivered successfully.
 
DIGITAL GOODS
Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.
 
If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
 
If you don’t give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you won’t be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.
 
This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
 
Once you have activated the product we are no longer able to take this back under any circumstances.
 
We do not sell software we sell license keys that activate software and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the software works on your device with a free trial before using the license key that you purchased from us.
 
Should you encounter a technical issue with the key that we provided we are always happy to help, should you encounter an issue with the software itself you must contact the brand in question order to resolve, you must also give us an opportunity to repair or replace with a like for like product if what you received is of unsatisfactory quality or not as described..
 
We may refuse to refund you should we decide that the issue is not down to a faulty product but down to a bad fit to your system.

    Logitech USB B100 Optical Mouse For PC/Computer/Laptop

    About the cheapest best option for a decent enough (if not high end) brand. Works well but mine needed a mouse mat which I found ironic as these things should work on any surface, including my old PC desk in wonderful 80's black vinyl. It's lightweight and comfortable. Responsive (on a mouse mat). The clicks are positive and quiet. The small wheel control sounds and feels a bit vague and cheap for want of a better word. It's Windows Vista, 7, 8 or 10 compatible so will work easily with many PC's. Also, it's a plug and play job via USB so very easy to install. Overall pretty good, and if you do need a mouse mat they can be had for cheap here on the bay. About your best choice for the cash (£7 with free click and collect as of April 2018).

    regular cheap mouse with no quality control, good enough for office work

    Works well, except it came with bad scrolling wheel - it does scroll up when you scroll down sometimes. Can happen with any mouse and can be issue for some people, so be prepared to send it back if it does same for you.

    A Personal Estimation of Logitech Mouse.

    I would suggest that for those who prefer a "Mouse" this Logitech model is a good choice. It is keenly priced, nicely packaged, simple to connect and user friendly. The design is pleasing.The plastic case readily fits most hand sizes. It is of good size but very streamlined in design and therefore reassuringly firm and well directed in use. Long term durability naturally depends very much on long term usage but I see no reason that the Logitech "Mouse" should not be as durable as much more expensive examples. I recommend this particular product to those who are seeking such a device.

    Excellent low price mouse

    I had a previous Logitech mouse for a while. Actually I had it for about 16 years. It was a similar design and apart from a microswitch issue on the right mouse button (which I successfully repaired using a small piece of bluetac to raise the switch contact enough to function again, and which lasted for the remaining 6 years), I had no other issues at all. Robust, always worked and worked on every surface. Without fail. In fact it will still work, but for the microswitch for the left button now failing and not responding all the time, and when it does it responds twice, making audio editing a bit tricky hehe. BUT IT STILL LIVES ON! So I got another one as similar as my old faithful. Darn fine device! I highly recommend these mice if you want something that will last practically ...

    A mouse for all seasons.....10/10

    Selecting a mouse seems like the simplest thing in the world. But for me, at least, it's not. If a mouse is too small it can cause hand pain. Too large and it becomes difficult to control. Some have loads of buttons, when an average user need two (and a wheel). Then there are flashing lights, weird designs and so many other elements that put me off. So, after much deliberating I went for this mouse. A later model of the mouse I was replacing (so basically the same device). You can't go wrong with this mouse. Good size. Simple clean design. No bells and whistles. Smooth movement. The buttons work perfectly, and the wheel allows for precision scrolling. Looking back I thin that Logitech is the most common brand that I have purchased for the last 20 years. And the price won't break the ...
