looks the same but don't feel the same when using it, feels lighter and slightly less powerful, im sure its fine but don't seem to be the same as the one that came with my original dyson purchase. Does the job though so all good, plus dyson had sold out of the part online.

Early days but so far I'm really pleased with this product. Cheaper than Dyson sell them for. Looks good, works well , delivery slightly earlier than promised. More than happy at present but, as I said, early days. Last one lasted over 4 years, let's hope this does the same. Obviously the cleaner is over 4 years old so let's hope the rest of it continues to work well, doubt if the battery will last all that time. An exact one-for-one replacement for my old Dyson V8 head
An exact one-for-one replacement for my old head, which I needed to change because of red dust being thrown out by the roller. As far as I can tell, it's a genuine Dyson item and it certainly works as well as my old head. Expensive - like all Dyson parts - but this was the best value that I could find. Recommended.

Perfect replacement for vacuum but high price really when it was just the motor that died but you have to buy whole new head as can’t get motor separately so not very Eco friendly Mr Dyson!! If I hadn’t paid so much in first place I would probably thrown it away and bought a new vacuum.
