Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any personalised items (ie wooden name plaques, ) if we have made an error with the spelling or design we will resend with correct information. These are bespoke to you so please be as specific as possible with colour choices, style etc otherwise we will use our own design options. We do not offer a change of mind policy.

On any unpersonalised products returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase however the return postage cost is to be paid for by the buyer. On return the full cost of the item will be refunded minus the cost of actual postage paid, ebay fees. once items have been purchased we are unable to send to an alternative address or amend the order in any way. If there is any problem before checkout please contact us and we will do our best to resolve.
