Very disappointed in this seller's silence strategy. Just no response when tried to resolve. Not one for leaving bad feedback but this simply isn't on. The shawl I bought came with a very misleading model photo, the reality was different as it was much shorter. Politely tried to return and was directed to the size chart, then ghosted. I'll survive the £23 loss, but won't be going near this seller again.
