The book is easy to read, there are clear diagams and simple step by step guidelines. It contains a range of other 'self-care' content too, not just just the face 'yogo' - eg strength building and relaxation.

Condition of book was very poor and had an awful smell about it. It was very old looking with pages discoloured around edges to at least 1 centimetre inwards. I put it aside and cannot bring myself to use it for reasons of hygiene.

USE IT OR YOU WONT LOSE IT!!!
This book has many fatal exercises which I am sure will work if you do them. Actually a lot of the exercises are simple and you can do them siting in chair preferably not eating - there isno need to follow a rigid routine. However - I think the key is - yes the book has good information but you MUST do it to repeat the rewards!!! Goodluck
