Item arrived broken - most likely from poor packaging. An item of this size and cost should have been sent in a box not an envelope mailer. It can be fixed with plastic cement but shouldn’t have to be if proper care were taken by the seller.

I am sorry the toy got broken in transit. I have shipping many of these and similar ones in the same manner with no issuses. So I'm not sure what happened. We do offer free returns with a full refund if you choose. Then you could repurchase from me or elsewhere.
