The title follows a thread running through previous books in the series. They are all a good read individually or as a series.

I usually buy pre owned books, which this is. I have never had any problems with condition, which has always been as described. I prefer paperbacks when possible, as they take up less space. Buying pre owned keeps books from landfill for longer, and if I'm not going to keep them, I donate to a local charity shop.

  • Doesn't disappoint and keeps you reading 'till the end.

The keenly awaited 3rd book in the series doesn't disappoint! As a reader, you're taken back into the world of the Thursday Murder Club characters and can enjoy settling down with a good yarn. It's an easy to read style which draws you in and keeps you reading until the end.

  • A compelling read.

I have immensely enjoyed the four books by Richard Osman on the THURSDAY MURDER CLUB ---- quirky thrillers --- with a range of fascinating characters and crimes --- solved mainly by OAPs with varying skills and earlier work experiences living in a luxury retirement village. I am eagerly awaiting the 5th book --- promised by RO --- and a 6th --- ??? Thank you.

  • Highly recommended.....

Haven't actually read the book yet but have finished the previous 2 books in the series and I'm hooked! Fabulous writing. Highly recommended. The book itself was in great condition at a great price.

  • Escapism at it's best

I just love these books!! Richard Osman's characters are so convincing that they make you actually care about them. The humour is so clever and the plots are imaginative & brilliant. Hope they'll be more after book 4.
