    Good quality iron at a reasonable price

    Heating time is average but not that clear when the iron is ready to use. Weight is ok. Steam delivery is slightly delayed after pressing steam button (compared to a previous Tefal) and you need to adjust your ironing method to take account of this. Overall it does the job just as well as a more expensive iron and is recommended.

    Sole plate

    Spend more time cleaning sole plate than actually using iron. Water discharges a lot. Tends to steam when in upright position not on clothes, very frustrating. In very soft water area so must blame manufacturers.

    Easy to use iron

    This iron is a bit heavier than my old one but more stable, it takes a little while to heat up but is easy to iron with once you get used to it. I would recommend it.
