Item not as described, was not on gloss photo paper and the corners were folded. Arrived over a week after the expected delivery time, when I contacted the seller a week ago I received no response and still haven’t. Unimpressed and would definitely not buy again.

The poster says its printed on to matt photo paper, don't know were your getting gloss from! All items are posted next working day, if they take a bit longer than expected, that's just down to royal mail.
