The product itself was fine. However, the boxes were damaged. Within seconds of placing my order, I attempted to cancel the order. The transation hadn't even completed - so it was hard to cancel. I kept clicking, until the cancellation was confirmed. I received a note saying Alcalstores will confirm in FOUR days. No communication was ever received. And instead the purchase continued. The reason why I tried to cancel was that I could purchase from Alcalstores for 20.00 GBP cheaper!!
