Book was supposed to be in good condition however there is some writing on a couple of the pages from previous owner and also a couple of pages are marked with what could possibly be splash marks from food (obviously the book was open next to them as they were cooking) so I wouldn’t say it was in good condition at all. Recipies set out with clear list of ingredients and simple instructions. Not found any typo mistakes in any of her books which is a refreshing change. Yes measurements are in cups, so get yourself a set and away you go, so easy. Ok so being American you just have to look up the name changes for some ingredients. NOT difficult ! I have well over 300 cookery books and have 3 of hers, but looking to get them all over time as they come up. Lovely photos accompany the recipes, only a few of her with family and friends.
