Misleading item listing and poor quality item (low resolution print, product nothing like the pictures). Seller first offered a $10 refund, then $20, $20 again, $25 and then finally settled on $30 for a $39 product when I pushed for a return address. Glad to get the refund, but the seller made it a lot of effort. Seller has not changed item description after my complaint, hence negative review. Assuming they’re hoping most people can’t be bothered to push for a refund on disappointing goods.
