In, generally, decent cosmetic condition all round, with some noticeable marks and/or scratches to the lid and base - although screens are nearly flawless, with no major damage, keyboard and touchpads are both good also. We have installed Windows 10 Pro and it has been digitally activated. As well as this, we have also installed the correct drivers and all updates so the laptop is ready to go. Battery is in good condition and will hold a charge for at least 5-6 hours, although this will depend on use. Genuine Dell charger is included in the sale along with a 60 day warranty.”
