Seller says "Sorry to bother you. But when we checked the item before shipping, we found the item has some problems. Surely we can not ship defective item to our customer.
How about we send you full refund first?" I've checked and the seller has more then 10 on stock, surely all of their stock couldn't have broken? Alsothe same item I purchased has also gone up in price by £6 on their listing When I put this to them, they haven't responded to date. Offer me an equivalent alternative.
