Fabric came on time on the condition I expected. Wanted it to make waterproof trousers to keep my grandson drier when jumping through puddles. This way he can wear a warm winter coat with the trousers. Used a Panama trousers pattern one year older than he is. Suspect elastic waist should be tighter but I want it to go over ord trousers and jumper and it’s easier to take some elastic out than add to it.

FAB Felt, FAB speedy delivery, Customer service poor, messaged them in the morning, giving plenty of time to change my order if they bothered to read, get a dispatch notice late afternoon and a reply to my msg saying it has already been dispatched.
