All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. Most 'Free Economy' services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. You will also be able to select a Faster 'Express' tracked delivery option at checkout.
 
DELIVERY
At SparesCrazy, we offer free 'fully tracked' economy delivery for most UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Royal Mail state that economy delivery normally arrives within a few days, however in some cases this can take up to 14 days. If your goods haven't arrived within this time period then please contact us. Please be aware that within the 14 days we have no means of chasing Royal Mail for orders made with standard post as this is a non-traceable service. Please also check with your local Royal Mail depot before getting in touch - as many items will be too big to fit through your letter box, this being the most common reason for delay. Until this 14 day window has passed we are unable to post replacements or offer refunds. Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 12 month warranty subject to fair wear & tear in domestic use, this excludes consumable items. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address.     Just the job!

    As I say this kit is just the job to breathe new life into my Henry, all the parts appear to be well made & fit together perfectly. Hopefully they will be serviceable for sometime yet, with the proper use & care, I'm sure that they will. So I would recommend this toolkit for the Henry & similar models to anyone who wants a quality item for a very reasonable price!! many thanks!!!

    Nearly upto Numatic Original

    These tools are a very good replacement to the original Numatic, Henry tools, in fact they are 90% identical. The only difference I could see are that the bristles on the small tools are just nylon and not quite to the quality of the originals ones. Time will tell how they wear. Other than that and for value for money cannot be beaten.

    Rescuing the Henry with new parts

    My daughter has a Henry but some of the accessories were missing including the vital metal pipe. She purchased a new very expensive vacuum cleaner and I purchased an accessory kit for the Henry guess who was the most satisfied. Henry’s do not have to be charged after about an hour, Henry’s pick up more dust and fluff and with the right tools get into more nooks and crannies.
