As per the company’s policy they shipping is 3days after payment! WRONG! Communication Horrible No Replies! I paid as soon as I found it March 7th- they Shipped 5 days later after my 3rd message to them which still No reply !!! I have never left anyone Negative feedback and I won’t start now - this company doesn’t even deserve this Neutral. I work in Costumer service ! 1st communication is a MUST , 2nd be more Professional. The shipping policy is 3 BUSINESS DAYS. You paid on a Thursday in the afternoon. Friday was day 1, Monday of the next week was day 2, and we shipped on Tuesday of the next week that is 3 BUSINESS DAYS and was on time. I do apologize for no replies, I honestly didn't see your messages. We are a married couple just trying to survive and make extra income to send our kids to college.
