The mixer looks great but on handling does not live up to quality one would expect. It seems cheaply made and one of the dough mixer tools has the collar missing that keeps it located into the body whilst in use. I.e. only one can be used.instead of two. So sadly disappointed with the product.

Described as damaged packaging but none evident, didn’t look like it had been removed from box, still in all original packaging. Easy to set up, first charge was about 6 hrs, looks sleek on the stand. Quiet’ish whilst using, great for small areas and the boost button gives fantastic suction. This arrived very quickly, and despite being described as having a damaged box - and thus sold cheaper - there's nothing wrong with box or scale.
My only small quibble is I messaged the seller to find out what batteries are needed for it, and they got it wrong, so I've ordered the wrong batteries and it's too late to cancel. On the positive side, the scale arrived with a working battery already in it.
