My only gripe is that the packaging was no more than a bin liner and parcel tape. This meant that the case for the item arrived torn. Not a huge detriment, but disappointing nonetheless. Seller processed my order very quickly. The item is high quality and just as described. Pity about the choice of courier though. My package went missing for over a week. The dirty packet suggests that (like a lot of other Evri stuff I'm led to believe), it fell off the conveyor belt and had a few days rest on the dirty floor until someone spotted it. In spite of this, I would definitely use this seller again based on the quick turn round, quality of item and competitive price.

    Great Value

    Good design with extra steam trigger on underside of handle. Good volume of steam on the continuous steam settings which are very easy to see and use, rapid heat up. One downside the flex is on the shot side, easily overcome with extension, its about one metre short of expected length.

    Wish I had seen it before I paid for it. Not impressed

    If I could of seen this item before i purchased it, I would not of got it. You cannot see the dial at all, as it is a dark colour and the handle of the iron obstructs the dial so you can't see what temperature it is set at. Very difficult to use.
