Unit has a bug where you have to reselect Aux every time you turn it on. Tech support from seller pointless as they just reply with unhelpful and unrelated responses. Also, only the supplied USB-C charger works as the unit won’t work with any other USB-C supply. ISB-A to USB-C will work as USB-A isn’t intelligent. Their answer is just to give partial refund.
Aside from the poor support and the software glitch, the unit is well made and works well.
