LOVE IT!
Got fed up with the jug water filter I'd been using for years; it dribbled and the water didn't taste all that good. Was going to get the Berkey and then I found this filter: seems to be identical except for the price. Arrived quickly, took a while to get going (initial filtering slow, helps to suck out the water and re-insert the candles - don't tighten the wing screws too tight. Instructions on conditioning new filters would have been useful). Just enjoying my first cuppa - it tastes wonderful! No more bottled water, tastes as good as Evian and is slightly more alkaline. The filter removes heavy metals so it should be good for my orchids too. Better quality water
I noticed the difference in water quality straight away and am drinking much more water easily, my only problem is it seems to be leaking even after tightening the tap (4 stars) so assembling and fiddling with taps at first bit tricky and could be me (!) but water quality as i have to reduce heavy metals is great

So glad I bought this. Water tastes like water should. Easy to assemble. Only negatives the information doesn’t tell you the numbers required to register the product are on the filters which are on the inside so we assembled it only to figure this out later so we had to take it apart to get the numbers! Other negative is a stainless steal spigot would be preferable. Why put a plastic one on? But great productSo glad I bought this. Water tastes like water should. Easy to assemble.
