We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund the original outgoing carriage charge and also reserve the right to deduct a maximum of 25% handling charge for items that have been ordered in error.     Excellent sediment filter

    Once used one can see the distribution of the dirt throughout the filter. Towards the centre it becomes cleaner and is absolutely white along the inner tube. So, it captures sediment by it's whole volume. I replace these on my RO system with 4 months intervals. It looks and feels like a quality product. Full specs are available at the manufacturer's site. Good.
