We have bought many of these beds for our very large and ageing dog and they have always been great quality for a reasonable price. Unfortunately this time the stuffing is very sparse and thin and not great quality. Delivery was also later than quoted and no communication from seller.

The cheek of this seller to send me goods that are NOT as described and then they have the audacity to inform me that I have to pay a value that is more than the value of the goods to send them back for a refund meaning in reality it would cost me even more money than has been lost already. Absolute poor seller experience. On top of all that you have to wait seven days before it is possible to give negative feedback. Worst ever seller.
