The belt itself seems to be pretty good quality but the chain and carabiners are anything but heavy duty, with them being too small a gauge, and I noticed that at least some of the chain links weren't welded all the way around, making the chain weaker than it should be; that said even if all of the chain links had been properly welded, I would not trust it to hold anywhere between 40 - 60 kilos, so I ended up buying two heavy duty carabiners from tool station and a length of chain from B&Q.

Wrong item was sent and there was insufficient postage. I received a royal mail card asking for £1.50 postage to be paid before the item could be delivered. I paid the additional postage as I did not know which parcel it was for. Eventually I received the parcel from WARX only to find that they had sent the wrong item. When I contacted they apologised and refunded the purchase price but not the additional postage. Their solution was for me to keep the item I did not want.

There was a slight delay in the delivery of the parcel due to a minor weight issue, and the parcel was held by the post office, of which we were not informed. The customer confirmed that they received the item but mentioned they had to pay postage. We have refunded the customer for the entire order and allowed them to keep the item. However, the customer is constantly threatening to leave 'very bad negative feedback,' even though we cannot provide any further refund.

But i dont think it reduce the quality of the product.
