Exactly as described- Royal Mail delivered to completely wrong address (seller had put correct address and did everything right) so seller thought I had received item when I hadn’t. Luckily the person who received it (lived 0.5 miles away) was kind enough to deliver it to me so was well received in the end.
Again through no fault of the seller- Royal Mail were to blame!
