Arrived quickly, but the trolley is not robust enough for me. I started a return but the seller wanted to 'do a deal' offering me 20% back, saying I could keep the item saving me the cost of sending it back. The price is listed as £14.99 but there is VAT included of £2.50. So I am only entitled to £12.49 refund. It would cost me £5 to send it back. At least I would get £7.49 back - not 20% (not a win/win situation) that the seller stated. I have not had a reply to my message!
