Bought a Surface Laptop 3 from seller, it arrived as described and in good condition. Noticed just 1-2 days after arrival that they increased their discount from 10% to 15% so politely wrote to ask if they had any price matching or if I could return as unwanted at my expense and buy again. 4 eBay messages, never got a reply. Found out it's because they blocked my account, just for asking this - what would I do if I needed warranty later? Disgusting way to handle a genuine, honest enquiry.

Our discount offers are targeted based on the current listing price and stock available. if we were offering a 15% discount it was not on the laptop you purchased. If you feel the price you paid for the laptop is unfair please open a return request and we will provide a pre-paid return label and full refund upon receipt of the laptop.
