Please read the below terms and conditions which apply to all Go Shop customers:
Payment
All items purchased via eBay must be paid within 5 days unless otherwise agreed with the Go Shop account manager - Any items that are not paid within this time frame will have to go through the resolution centre as a non-paid item which may result in a strike against your account.
We accept secure payments over the telephone by calling 01473 276431 - Lines are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 4pm.
 
 
Stock
All stock is despatched from our own warehouse but at times items that appear on eBay may be out of stock - We do everything in our power to update stock availability to ensure customer satisfaction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock we will contact you via eBay to inform you and if the stock is due in soon you have the option to wait or cancel or alternatively have another product - If the item you have ordered is obsolete we will cancel the order and refund you within 2 working days.
 
Delivery
All parcels on our standard delivery service will be delivered within 2-3 working days to Mainland UK.
Pallet delivery orders for heavy items are delivered by various carriers. No assistance will be given by the driver to move the item into your property.
All orders on our express service will be delivered within 1-2 working days to Mainland UK only.
Please note that we are allowed to legally hold orders for upto 24hours before despatch.
 
Returns policy details:
 
All new items sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty. Some manufacturers do offer a longer time period on warranties and this will be mentioned in the listing. Faulty items will be dealt with directly through the individual manufacturer or through our company where applicable.
 
All our items are listed with a full description of the fault and it is your responsibility to fully read the listing.
 
In the event of a product fault, please check the manufacturer's operating instructions and items such as the plug and batteries before contacting our Customer Services Department. At this time please make sure you have your invoice with details of your date of purchase and details of the product fault before calling.
 
Important Note: The guarantee specifically does not include faults caused by accident, poor maintenance or misuse. Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. Please check all components such as remotes, batteries and plugs in line with manufacturers' strict guidelines to be found in all instruction manuals before raising a complaint. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.
 
If you need to make a return, you must contact us first so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Items not returned via our returns process will not be authorised or credited or replaced.
Please return item in its’ original box & packaging. If you no longer have these you must return the item in a suitable strong box and packaging to ensure it doesn't get damaged in transit. If we do receive the item back damaged due to unsuitable packaging or lack of, NO credit/refund or replacement will be offered. Even if the item was faulty.
 
If you have ordered an item by mistake you can still make a return but there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Also the item must be unused and in it’s original packaging.

    Fabulous it's so easy to operate only thing I am not keen on is that the light inside is a strange bright amber/ yellow colour it would have been so much better normal white bulb

    Bargain price

    My original microwave was the same model, which I really liked. I’m slightly concerned about this model as the door seems slightly faulty and think the microwave could have been dropped in the box, as the polystyrene was quite damaged. However it is working perfectly and arrived quickly.

    Panasonic a brand you can trust when it comes to well made white goods 10/10

    Really easy to set up never needed instruction book & for the price would highly recommend. It has taken me 4 weeks to find a white microwave made by a brand you can trust. I also bought wall brackets for the microwave to save work top space & worked a treat. 10/10

    It is a good basic microwave.

    This is a good standard microwave cooker, it has some quirks in it`s operation but overall a good base machine. As this is a `B` rated machine back cover fitting is poor but does not effect the main working.

    Excellent Product

    It's an excellent product however when cooking a jacket potato it builds a lot Of moisture on the inside of the microwave. It remains in there even of you leave the door open. So it requires a wipe out with tissue I never had that with my old microwave.
