Wonderful 5* customer service. Driver left boots outside, package ripped open and one boot damaged. When informed, this seller immediately sent a replacement, monitoring the tracking and informing me along the way - Harrods service springs to mind. The boots are really warm, comfy and excellent value for money. Could also be worn as slippers. Though would advise buying a larger size since the fleecy, fur lining takes up extra room.
