Ordered this product on 28/2/24 but saw the same product £3 cheaper so cancelled the order 2 minutes later. Received message stating "the cancellation request was denied because IT WAS POSTED ON 29TH". Not a valid reason to not cancel. Contacted seller, said he "didn't see the cancellation request". Not an adequate response. Told me I could 'return to sender' but no longer have packaging. There's been no similar issues with other couple of orders I've had to cancel. Won't be using again.
