My baffle dome arrived well packaged but unfortunately it had not survived its journey via Royal Mail. I contacted the seller directly and they responded very quickly with many apologies and the promise of a replacement. True to their word, a replacement arrived intact 2 days later. I am really pleased with the dome, which is quite sturdy and so far seems to have perplexed the squirrels that had been devouring the contents of the bird feeder. Great product and great service, thank you.
