My iron arrived and was the exact model shown - i think it was a generic picture. There was only one picture so there were some minor signs of wear and tear (scuffs and chips) when it arrived buy they do not detract from the purpose of the iron. The iron works well/exceeded my expectations and I love it! It arrived safely, on time and super well wrapped. Great seller. I would definitely trade again.
