Item as described. Good, clean condition for a used laptop. Safely packed in sturdy packaging for delivery, sent and received quickly. Good that it had a vgc charger included but a bit disappointing to discover the battery is reporting as "service recommended". (I notice the ad was completely silent on battery condition but IMHO "professionally refurbished" doesn't leave a deficient part in place. Better to be totally clear one way or the other and price accordingly.)
