When my 9yo grandson asked for a Bart Simpson doll for Christmas, my daughter said she couldn't find one. And on Christmas he mentioned he didn't get one. So, challenge accepted. The seller offered free returns, and I needed to return the sweater because it didn’t fit. But when the return package was delivered to the seller’s address, on the label the seller provided, the package was marked “forward” and sent back to me. I tried several times to contact the seller to determine why the sweater was sent back to me (and what they wanted me to do with it next). I never received a single response from the seller and I had to open a case with eBay to get my refund.
