While advertised as free delivery uk. I received a postal note to say that the sender had not paid the full postage. I was not emailed or messaged about a postage charge and had to pay £3.50 to receive my item that I already had paid for. I was ordering two of the items and if that meant I had to pay postage this should have been made clear. I would not have minded paying for postage if it was made clear from the beginning.
