Item as described and working well. Shame about the APC courier service as I paid for next day/overnight delivery and they took an extra day to deliver; their customer service is appalling. The seller on the other hand packed the monitor very well and everything was there and all fitted together and working well.

Terrible service! The package was sent with cheap regular mail instead of Royal Mail signed For, and never actually arrived.
It was marked as "delivered to safeplace" by Royal Mail but completely unclear where it was delivered to. Instead of admitting the mistake and agreeing to a refund, seller tried sending me on a goose chase and I had a lot of difficulty communicating with him in basic English language. Ebay ultimately refunded me after I presented the obvious proof from RoyalMail.
