The Vecon arrived promptly and was really well packed and protected with bubble wrap. Unfortunately one jar had leaked quite a bit in transit and the other a little bit, both jars were sealed. I contacted rousotronic.ltd to let them know and they were kind enough to offer a partial refund as they had no more in stock so couldn't offer a replacement. I ordered this item on 15 Dec. The advertised delivery date was 18 Dec, so I chose this seller as I was going away for Xmas starting 20 Dec. In the event, the item wasn't posted till 19 Dec, so didn't arrive before my trip. On my return there was no sign of the item. I contacted the seller, who responded promptly and sent a replacement, which arrived the following day. Clearly, an honest seller who puts things right without fuss, but needs to be more accurate about advertised delivery dates.

I'm reviewing for the couple for whom we bought these as part of a Christmas present. They are American, and their feedback was that these were a knock-out at Christmas. They loved the flavours, of which there are six choices. We can't wait to try them! They were very well priced for the size of box, and the packaging is beautiful and stylish. They look very attractive, and are all individually wrapped, as in the case of all Monty Bojangles now. Lovely moorish truffles loved by those who eat them
Bought as a present for work and the whole team dug in to eat them.... one truffle is usually enough being very rich in taste but a touch of chocolate heaven and something a bit different for those people who matter. Nice purchase and would gladly buy again.
