I use them for my daily workouts and they are really good, you get a full set for this price and a little bag to put them in too which is handy! also they are strong so don’t snap easily like some cheaper brands do

It’s okay
The lighter bands have lost a bit of slack which I’m not happy about and would like a replacement of the X light and Light to be honest! Other than that, the other bands in the pack are decent quality. I use the lighter ones for different movements to help with my shoulder so a bit gutted really. Great set of bands in a handy case. I’ve used the medium band the most and will progress to the strong. The light and extra light don’t offer much resistance but might be useful if you’ve had an injury. Comfortable to use and don’t roll over when using!

Disappointing resistance loop bands.
After receiving my bands very promptly. I was disappointed to find that they were too small to use standing too from feet to hands only really usable for upper body.
