I received a very speedy reply from the seller when i sent a query about delivery time, the carpet arrived literally an hour or so later. The carpet is of a good quality considering the low price and is very well packaged in a black plastic wrap with a central cardboard strengthening tube to prevent the carpet bending. The delivery guy was very helpful, polite and professional. I will definitely buy from here again if needed.

Item exactly as described. Arrived late apparently due to courier failure, but Comms with seller were very good. They arranged for their own driver to deliver the item so this reduced the delay & was not too much of an inconvenience to me after all. I would still recommend this seller
