You should have been more transparent about the laptop sent potentially being from any brand. I had assumed I would receive a Dell but ended up with a Toshiba instead.Other that works fine, did arrive in a massive box, not sure that was required. Got a free kettle lead and WIFI card so 4 stars.

Der Service ist hervorragend, Anfragen werden sofort und kompetent beantwortet. Die Ware ist gut. Die Versandkosten sind recht hoch, erklären sich aber durch den Versand aus Great Britain - dies weiß man aber vorher und muss einfach den Gesamtpreis vergleichen, der sehr günstig ist.
Einzig das Versandunternehmen ist etwas suspekt - die Pakete wurden 2 Wochen vor dem Zustelldatum als "zugestellt" markiert - doch dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts.
