The item was packed carefully and arrived totally intact, and in a timely fashion. I was disappointed, however, that some critical pieces were missing, but this was not mentioned in the description so in that respect I wasn't misled. Because the photo of the stage was taken in front of a couch, the curtains were Velcroed to a piece of furniture rather than being attached to the four columns that should have been part of the stage. A web search for this item helped me realize what was missing

Hello! The listing clearly stated that the curtain assembly peices were missing and would require creative thinking for play. I added multiple photos to show the peices and condition, but wanted to picture it as my girls played with it for ideas. I'm sorry you were dissapointed!
