Positive because the laptop worked fine however waking from sleep caused a whole corruption of the os (crappy windows 11) reinstalled windows 10 and runs smoothly now… just a note please take windows 11 off these for future people as they may not know and think they did something wrong like my mother did… go for stability over whats new
