    Bought last year as a precaution

    Bought one of these last year after changing the drive belt on our old dryer and figured the heater element wouldn’t last forever. We have a holiday let so being without a dryer would become an issue real fast. Dryer stopped heating last night and had this fitted and dryer up and running by lunch time today. Just ordered another. Just in case.

    17-year-old tumble dryer now working perfectly - easy DIY job to install

    Dries faster than before

    Used this to replace the broken heater element in my tumble dryer. Now my tumble dryer dries much faster than before. It turns out that this heater has a lower wattage than my old heater but I actually prefer that. Odd that the green connector was connected to the earthing terminal on the unit but this was easily spotted and corrected (because the earthing wire doesn’t fit anywhere else).
