Delivery Information;
We know that when your battery fails you re potentially left stranded and you need a replacement to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Because of this, we put all of our resources into getting your new battery out to you as quickly as humanly possible. Delivery is completed on the next business day in the the vast majority of orders placed before 5PM.
Factors beyond our control, i.e. weekends, bank holidays, extreme weather network congestion, damaged parcels are beyond our control.
 
Customers are strongly urged to follow instructions provided with their purchase.
 
Especially in the case of batteries, user instructions must be followed, all transit plugs must be removed prior to installation.
 
Please remember that batteries can be hazardous always take precautions when handling.
Batteries contain Acid, which is a corrosive agent, we advise handling outdoors.
 
Customers are advised address changes are not possible, the address eBay provide must be used for prevention of fraud.
 
We aim to offer a service second to none, if there is any issue please advise us, please understand replies to messages can be delayed if we are experiencing high message traffic.
 
Warranty Information
Batteries are sold with a warranty against premature failure due to manufacturing or material defects only.
Due to the high quality of standards of the technical and manufacturing processes, the number of batteries that fail due to manufacturing defects is negligible.
The most common battery problem is a flat or poorly charged battery.
Most of the time this can be resolved by fully recharging the battery with a suitable battery charger.
We would always recommend that you recharge the battery as soon as you experience any issues.
If you are still having issues we can test the battery under warranty and then if necessary start the warranty process.
 
The warranty does not cover the following:
• Sulphation
• Wear and Tear
• Deep or Over Cycling
• Overcharging
• Physical Damage
• Incorrect Application
 
 
It is important that no battery is allowed to discharge to the point of sulphating (12.06v), or so that they are no longer able to start the car/bike/truck or operate the required equipment. To prevent this we recommend monthly voltage checks, especially on vehicles that are used infrequently, or stand by equipment.
 
 
Warranty is offered on a return to seller basis, we will examine and test upon its receipt, if proven genuinely faulty a replacement unit will be issued.
 
Warranty specifically does not allow any refunds.
 
Customers are asked to refer to the dispatch notification in regards to delivery to track there parcel.
 
We must be informed within 24 hours of any damage or shortage of goods, failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
 
Our Batteries are not suitable for life saving machine and equipment’s or where life is on RISK.
 
Customers are responsible to check that the product they are purchasing is the correct item, please refer to the dimensions in the advert and picture for further guidance, if in doubt contact us.

    WELL MADE PROVING EXTRA PERFORMANCE

    Well constructed and though smaller than the existing battery (Type 17) this unit is very close to the larger battery specification at 40% cheaper. Its cold start figures are impressive although as its Spring cannot confirm how well it will handle sub-zero temperatures. Since my Galaxy starts first time/ turn in all weathers I am sure this battery will handle all circumstances. Ordered midday and arrived about 10:30 next day. If ordering and space to fit battery is limited ensure you order the correct terminal configuration + positive or - Negative is on (LEFT OR RIGHT) - suggest you phone providing them which side your battery terminals are on..

    Galaxy car battery

    For 45 pound no brainier, make sure to remove the vent plugs has instructed, same battery euro car parts 4x more , and if you call AA same price 216.00 pound . If you notice your battery starting to go dont delay order a new one save 150.00 quid , im lucky i got jump leads and spare car till new one came very happy

    Great power great value.

    I did not buy the Battery for Car use i bought it to work an Inverter as i am looking to reduce my reliance on mains power not all together but as a supplement so a project still ongoing. The Battery has exceeded my expectations in producing the power also charges up pretty quickly too. The Battery is brilliant the only thing i maybe should have done is bought a higher power one this though does not detract from a super unit.

    Hopefully a Bargain

    Hard to say for sure if it's good value. I've only had the battery fitted for 2 weeks, BUT, It came at a decent price. It came next day, wonderful. It's doing a good job cranking over my people carrier and It's got a 4 year guarantee ! Let's hope the guarantee is still acceptable in say 2 years, 3 years and more, if it's required. If so, it's definitely a bargain.

    Will she won’t she ??

    I hate that feeling of please pretty please 🙏 start . Today of all days dint let me down and 4 turns later battery is dead . Sorted that it’s battery not alternator so bought this half price of my local fitting centre with a year more in the guarantee if it lasts 3 years I’ll be more than chuffed . So far 4 moths and it’s not missed a beat even after kids using it as a mobile disco 6 hours lights on stereo on and still turned engine over in the morning without a run in between . There is a cheaper version with less amp hours ! But saving is minimal and car will struggle im winter so go for this bigger amp model dimensions same for both versions.
