Very quick delivery, it arrived a day early so well done to the supplier. But this is a lousy product from Smeg, I've had 4 now in 6 years. They always split at the centre after about a year. So I either put up with the inconvenience of getting a new arm every year or buy a new dishwasher. I've also had a failed upper arm bush (and you have to buy a whole upper arm assembly, you can't just get a new bush) and a split sump hose. Terrible reliability. I'll never buy smeg again.

The first handle delivered was not as described and they immediately sent out another handle. Unfortunately this one wasn't compatible with our old fridge freezer either. We were able to return the two handles FOC and received a refund a few days after posting the package. We'd do business with this company any time.
