Very pleased with this laptop, love the fact that it doesn't have an ultra shiny screen, has very fast and responsive operation, in great condition, a few minor scuffs on the lid but overall great. Notifications and delivery brilliant, and so well packed that I had a bit of a struggle removing it from its packaging. Can highly recommend this seller.

So happy with this laptop! It runs like a dream & especially compared to the last one i bought which had so many flaws e.g. repeatedly crashing, overheating, audio so low i couldn't hear anything, the cursor all the place, & the battery would run out after half an hour, whereas with this one all those flaws are absent & the sellers are responsible and considerate. Battery has a couple of hours with it & 12 month warranty. It's a Lenevo Thinkpad, great laptop, best i've ever had. Many thanks!

I received the laptop in no time, had few queries on vga and battery life, the response was so prompt with so much care into every way of trying to help.
Laptop is heavy but for the price that I have paid, really happy with it.
And I am glad there is a year warranty on this, I would definitely recommend buying from them without worrying about some random company who never responds.

The delivery was on point. I opened my package with great excitement, but was a bit deflated when I saw the old fashioned looking casing, but that might just be me. Anyway it works well, except quite a few keys were not in the correct places or not visible on keypad eg £, @. I've had to press ever key to find some of the basic keys. I contacted Seller, they were good and said I could return it and they would check it over. After messing around with the keys I decided to keep it.

No problems setting up and starting, performance is stunning compared to old unit. Case has small cosmetic marks but value for money is unbeatable. Arrived with in 48 hours. Well packed. Once setup after some confusion with cables, contact company. Guy called nick helped me solve the problem. The problem was to many cables two that weren’t needed. Once we sorted that out. I was on my way, thankyou again nick. For your online support 🥰
