On arrival the bottom section was damaged. So I contacted the seller with pictures of damaged section. They offered a £60 refund. I wanted the bottom section replaced as it was a birthday present. They then offered me a £100 refund which i still wasn't happy with. I said i wanted the bottom section replaced and said they could only collect for a full refund they could replace bottom section. Its been collected just waiting on refund.
