We contacted the customer to see what was the issue. The reply was that the tshirt was too big for her niece. There's no problem with the tshirt simply that the customer didnt inform us of an issue and so the tshirt is as described but the customer didnt read the title saying that its an oversized baggy tshirt and meant to be big!
