Absolutely delighted with the universal water filters. They arrived on time, and are very easy to use. Once you put a new filter in the jug, you have nice fresh water.The jug is very easy to clean, which makes the water lovely and fresh. I would certainly recommend these filters.

Thought I’d give these cheaper versions a go. Although it does the job, it takes about 3 times as long for the water to filter through. Which is kind of annoying to be honest. Will stick to Offical Brita Filters in the future. :)

Reliable filtering
I have been using generic filters for some years. They work just as effectively as the branded sort as long as you shake, rinse and soak as instructed before starting to use them. The branded filter that came with my new kettle was very slow, so just because it's branded does not mean there will not be the occasional problem, as can happen with the generics. Over all they are a good buy.
